Fantastic Jacket
Fantastic quality and the extra logos came out even better than I anticipated.

Very solid, quite heavy, very warm
For a jacket, this is warm enough to be well on its way to being a coat. I am a gangly 6-2, 190 pounds and normally wear a 42L suit coat. I followed the recommendations and sized down to a Medium Tall. Carhartt is baggy anyway. There is still plenty of room for me to layer. I could have made the Large work too. The hood is large but does not obscure my vision as much as I thought it would. The main seams are triple stitched. The side zipper inner pocket is dumb. But what are you going to do. Carhartt is fast becoming a lifestyle brand instead of workwear. Everybody with shareholders has to maximize profits. The main zipper is metal and made by Ideal. It seems solid to me. There were no problems starting it or sliding it. I don't doubt the other reviews. I just haven't had any problems yet. This is a lot of jacket for the price.

Great sturdy winter jacket
I'm a repeat customer and have had great success with this product in the past so I'm looking forward to the winter season to put it to use.

Great for winter.
I use this jacket when the temperature gets below freezing, I got the tall one even though im 5'9 because the longer version helps keeps snow from entering into my pants. Its my heavy winter coat, love mine.
